Returns
Items can be returned within 3 days of delivery. They must be:

• Unworn
• Unwashed
• In their original condition

Exchanges
Need a different size or item? Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery and must meet the same conditions as returns.

How to request a return or exchange:

• Contact us: Click the Main Menu Then (contact us) to send your request. Include your order number and details, and we’ll contact you to guide you through the process.
• Instagram: Prefer messaging us directly? Reach out on our Instagram @Revora.eg and we’ll respond quickly.

Important:

• Exchanges are subject to availability.
• Delivery fees will be applied.
• Refunds are not offered — exchange only.
